After multiple failed attempts at BTO, my wife and I decided to purchase resale as we were getting married soon. We wanted to move in right after our marriage. At first we were very lost as there were many choices in the market, we decided that we needed help as we were busy with our work and preparations for our wedding. Jay was very approachable. He takes effort to clearly understand your needs and wants; budget, renovation type, area, facilities and amenities around, floor levels, etc. He will then start looking for a suitable place for you. His research time is quite fast too with rather good quality. He will come back with options and clearly tell you what are the requirements that are met and which ones are not. When viewing the selected places, he does a bit of research again about the neighbors and give you those information up front. Very meticulous. A very trustable guy, there were occasions that I cannot be present for certain things and if you entrust it to him, you can be assured it gets done.
